[Thick-sliced green onion tongue] Our thick-sliced green onion tongue is thick and easy to eat. By sandwiching plenty of green onions between the luxuriously thickly sliced tongue, you can enjoy the green onions and tongue together♪ Also, the texture and flavor of the tongue and green onions go perfectly together! [Shabu Loin] Thinly sliced carefully selected A5 wagyu beef loin. Stir-fry it lightly and mix it with the egg yolk! The texture melts the moment you put it in your mouth...♪ We also have salt and ponzu sauce to suit your taste.

The "washing sauce" is a secret soup stock with a citrus scent, and has a flavor that rivals the meat. The flavor of the meat and the taste of the "washing sauce" coexist, creating a delicious combination that is perfect! A row of cherry blossom trees can be seen as you walk south along the Takase River from Shijo-dori in Kyoto.
