今日のお昼ご飯は贅沢に鰻。
鰻を食べるなら前から気になっていた
『うなぎ昊 SORA』（そら）さんへ。
こちらはブランド鰻の
・天空のうなぎ
・土佐のいごっそう
・筑紫金うなぎ
の3種類と別に質の高い国産鰻が用意されて
います。
ブランド鰻は一体どんな味かと思い訪問しましたが、残念ながらブランド鰻は全て売り切れとの事でした。
ブランド鰻を食べたい時には事前に予約を
しておいた方が確実そうです。
今日の国産鰻は鹿児島産の鰻との事で
注文は
・鰻重特上
・う巻き
・茶碗蒸し
・まずう巻きが登場。
鰻も美味しそうやけど、卵の部分が
濃い黄色で見るからに美味しそう。
食べてみると、鰻は勿論ですが
卵がフワフワでお出汁がしっかりと
染みていて美味しい。
・茶碗蒸し
この茶碗蒸しが堪らん旨い。
卵の色なのか普通の茶碗蒸しよりも
色が濃くて旨味も強い。
鰻も乗っていてかなり美味しい茶碗蒸しです。
この旨さは鰻重を待つ胃袋を
いい感じに減らせてくれて準備が
整う感じがします。
・鰻重
当然ながらめちゃくちゃ旨い。
ご飯と鰻は別のお重に盛ってありますが、
当然すぐにご飯に乗せます。
タレは掛かっていないので別で出てくるタレを
好みで好きなだけ掛けられるのは嬉しい。
鰻は程よく脂が乗っていて旨い。
特上なら1尾乗っているので思う存分楽しめます。
山椒をかけるとピリッと効いてこれも良い。
肝吸いと一緒に
美味しい鰻を思う存分楽しめて最高でした。
次回はブランド鰻を食べたい。
