Our chefs, who honed their skills at the long-established Kikunoi ryotei (Japanese-style restaurant), prepare a variety of dishes using the finest ingredients, including Kyoto vegetables, fresh seasonal fish from around Japan, and locally-raised chicken. Our creative kappo cuisine is not limited to traditional Japanese-style meal cooking methods, but is prepared in a variety of ways and carefully and wholeheartedly.
