何かの間違いなのかもしれないが、芯を感じさせるシャリで握る鮨
たかだか4500円の鮨だから仕方がないのかもしれないが、芯が残ったシャリで握られた鮨は初めてだった。
板前も気付いていないはずもないと思うのだが……。
前日も昼の1時過ぎには握りのコースは売り切れ...
