We are proud of our many dishes made with fresh seafood. We purchase only fish in good condition from the market every day, and serve it with a cooking method tailored to each individual fish, such as sashimi of seasonal fresh fish, Saikyo-yaki of cold Spanish mackerel, and charcoal-grilled Wakasa guji. The specialty is mackerel Sushi.
