At our restaurant, you can enjoy the deliciousness of carefully selected ingredients. The vegetables are mainly grown in Kyoto, but we also select the best vegetables from all over the country. Our fresh fish is mainly sourced from nearby waters and is sent directly from the market, allowing us to offer you a variety of products that allow you to enjoy the freshness of your food. The beef is A4 rank Kuroge Wagyu beef from Hiroshima Prefecture. Parts vary depending on purchase.
