Food Proud raw yuba and raw gluten dishes
When you think of Kyoto cuisine, some people may think of raw yuba and namafu. Enjoy the raw yuba and namafu dishes served by a long-established Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that will soon be celebrating its 45th anniversary. Yuba dengaku, yuba simmered, and yuba sashimi are dishes that can only be eaten in Kyoto, so be sure to check them out!
