I was impressed by the unique flavor of the ingredients!
In a Japanese-style space reminiscent of a nostalgic townhouse, you suddenly notice the aroma. The aroma that wafts through the store draws you in to try the charcoal grilling that lets you experience
... the ingredients in their natural state. In the showcase, you can see a row of fresh seafood and vegetables shipped directly from all over the country, including fatty mackerel and Atka mackerel from Toyama, potatoes from Hokkaido, and honey sweet potatoes from Tanegashima, and you can order after looking at them with your own eyes. For example, there are onions from Awaji Island. The description says that they have a sugar content of 12 degrees, which is as sweet as fruit. The strong heat of the charcoal fire answers the growing expectations of people who wonder, "What will it taste like when grilled?"
