みなさんが元気に迎えてくれてテンションも上がってきます。
今回はのんびりアラカルトで注文しました。
すべて紹介したいですが、そこから感動もんの３品を紹介します。
①造りは絶品
自分は海近くの出身なんで正直京都で生魚はなぁって思っていたら
ネタの鮮度も、味も思わず「すいません」って心で謝りました(笑)
②熟成肉のステーキは味わいの深いこと！！
肉の美味しさがすさまじい
オーナーさん曰く「和牛は裏切らない」 うん、確かに裏切らない
たれでいただいても、ポン酢でいただいてもホンマにうまいです。
③うますぎるサバずし
ご飯もんではサバずしをいただきました。
インターネットで販売してて「全国にファンがいますよ」のスタッフの言葉通り
いままで食べてきた中で一番だと脱帽する味でした。
最後のお見送りにもお客さんへの愛情を感じました。
