We purchase Kyoto vegetables from Honmamon, including Mr. Arai's Koshihikari from Fukuchiyama. Please enjoy the seasonal flavors such as Keiko Morita Farm's ``Kamo eggplant'' from Kamigamo and ``Manganji chili pepper'' from Maizuru.In addition, ``Watanabeya salad'', which is full of Kyoto vegetables, is made with Chinese cabbage and Japanese ginger.・Uses mizuna, fresh yuba, jako, and pickled vegetables.
