素晴らしいマリアージュ
京都祗園後祭に来ました。せっかくの京都何処を予約しようかと検討した結果、以前からブックマークしていたみくりさんへ。
ワイン好きのお友達の間でも話題のお店です。
1ヶ月ほど前の予約でしたがカウンター席で予約が取れました。
こちらは和食とワインのマリアージュがウリのお店です。
毛ガニと湯葉のジュレ

満願寺とうがらしの炊き込みご飯
ワラビ餅
ワインはペアリングでお願いしました。
シャンパーニュから始まり甲州やサンセール、ロゼなど全てがお料理によく合います。
中でも一番感動したのが、デザートのワラビ餅に１９５４年古酒 ラングドックのグルナッシュ。程よい酸味のあるデザートワインは黒蜜の風味もあってワラビ餅と合い過ぎます。
和食とワイン史上最高のお店でした！

以前のシェフは和食VSワインという感じでシェフとソムリエの力を競い合う感じでしたが、新しいシェフはマリアージュをより重視されてる感じでした。
以前のみくりも良かったのですが、新しいシェフも素晴らしいです。
