Food Sakaeya's charcoal-grilled aged meat (dry aged beef)
``Charcoal grilled aged meat'' is made by slowly grilling meat from Sakaeya, an authority on aged meat, over Bincho charcoal. It's dry aged beef that has been aged for 40 days, so it has a fragrant aroma of cheese and nuts that spreads in your mouth. Enjoy simply with salt and pepper.

"Rye bread" and "onion bread" are baked in-house. Even though it doesn't contain sugar, you can still taste the natural sweetness of the flour, making it perfect for cooking. We use safe and secure vegetables grown organically at the owner's family home.
