オススメ熟成肉2部位食べ比べコース6000円を注文。ランプとリブロース2種類の食べ比べ、前菜盛り合わせ、自家製パン（ライ麦パンと玉ねぎパン）、デザートのバニラアイス。お肉は強めの炭火で表面を焼き、休ませながら40分かけて調理。ほんとは2時間半ぐらいかけたいらしい。部位による違いを実感でき面白い。量は少なめなのでパスタ等を追加した方が良いと思う。
