美味しい熟成肉が食べられると聞いて訪問しました。粒の大きい塩でいただきます。噛み締めるほどに広がる肉の旨味。ひたすらに肉の味は美味しいです。40分ほどかけて焼かれた熟成肉は、火の通り加減も絶妙で、味がしっかりしていて、とても美味しかったです。炭火ならではの肉汁が閉じ込められていてこれも文句なし。スモークチーズ焼いたのも美味しかったです。マニアックすぎずお肉に合う美味しい自然派を楽しめます。熟成肉の美味しいご飯屋さん。
