I always take my meat-loving friends to this restaurant. Of course everyone will be happy, but I love it myself lol Sakaeya's meat is carefully cooked over charcoal and served in a homely atmosphere where Chef Fujiwara handles everything in one go. While the main meat is being pasteurized, I enjoy talking with my friends while enjoying homemade pickles and pate de campagne made from vegetables grown in Hikone, Shiga, paired with natural wine. When it comes to wine, you can ask, ``What kind of wine do you like?'' Once you answer your preference, they will serve you a glass of delicious wine. Then, when the main dish comes out, everyone gets excited. Then, I took the meat in silence for a while, chewed it, closed my eyes, and looked up for some reason. If you visit with a group of 4-5 people, it's fun because you can taste and compare different parts. The pasta and homemade focaccia are actually really delicious, but if you're a group of 2 or 3 people, you'll be too full from just the meat, so it's hard to eat. Every time I visit Mr. Messita, I always want to make my stomach bigger.
