メニューは黒毛和牛のコースで4名で食事会
・付出し
・お惣菜3種盛り←小ぶりでしたが鮑は歯応の良い
食感で美味しく頂きました。
・お造り3種盛り←ハマチ、鯛、鱧の湯引きはネタ
が新鮮で美味しかったです。
・かにあんかけ豆腐←ほぐした蟹身の温ったか餡掛
けが美味しいかったです。
・かきグラタン←牡蠣の大きさは大振り過ぎず、
小振過ぎないちょうど良い感じの
サイズで牡蠣の磯の風味と
グラタンのまろやかさがマッチ
してました。
・くもこのムニエル←トマトのグリルの上に新鮮で
お箸を通したらスッと通る
柔らかいくもことバルサミコ
のソースが美味しいです。
・黒毛和牛のカツ←カツは2切れでしたが適度な肉
汁の美味しいお肉でした。
・玉子かけご飯←卵黄でまぶしたご飯の上に
刻みのり、シラス、蟹身、イクラ
が乗ってとても美味しく
頂きました。
・デザート
どの料理も丁寧な仕事で美味しく頂きました
今回は仕事の都合で遅れるメンバーが居てバタバタでしたがお店のお心遣いで遅れ出来たメンバーの料理を後から別途出して貰い何とか楽しい時間が過ごせました。
お店のスタッフの方に感謝です。
やはり皆んなと食事会は楽しいものです。
