友人と三人で寄ってみた。
ラッキーなことに、最後のテーブルであり、滑り込むことができた。他にも何軒か巡ってみたのだけど、どこも満席で入れなかった。
お通しのしらすおろし。しらすが大振りで、ぷっちり食感があり、そして柔らかで、大根おろしのさっぱりとした感じ。
唐揚げのバラエティがある。油淋鶏ソースとあった唐揚げを注文した。やや、酸味があるものの熱々であり、ホクホクであり、湯気が立つ。
まわりの野菜とも合わせて食べるのがいいでしょう。
牡蠣フライ。
五個付けで、タルタルソースとソース、レモンもついている所が気が利いている。こちらも熱々、牡蠣の旨味が全て衣の中に封じ込まれているよう。滴ることは無いが、牡蠣の身に湛えている。
鉄板焼きも注文しないと。
砂ずりガーリック焼き。ぷっくら膨らんだ砂ずりに、ガーリックの風味はそれほど強くなかった。キャベツを絡めてレモンを絞る。つまみに最適だ。
もうひとつ鉄板焼き。とんぺい焼きを注文した。
テコがついてきたから、カットするべきと思ったが切れていた。お好み焼きより軽く食べられるとんぺい焼き、豚肉の旨味と卵焼きの旨味、ソース味がいいね。
焼きそば。太麺のもっちり感、イカも入っていた。
豆腐メニューが豊富だったんだけど、豆腐が売り切れだったのが残念だった。
