前から何度か行こうとして、いつも予約で一杯で中々行けなかったお店。

とあるイベントでお店の方から名刺を頂き、お伺いしました。
お料理は“発酵”をコンセプトとしており、麹を用いたものが多く見られ、どれも本当に美味しかったです。

晩御飯に予約無しで伺いました。18時頃だったと思います。快く入れて頂きました。
綺麗で明るい雰囲気。女性の方も多く、人気店のようです。結構、出入りが多いようで入れ替わりが頻繁でした。

今回はギリギリ13時に電話予約しての訪問、初めての訪問ですが、想像を遥かに超える美味さにご飯を2回もお替わりしてしまいました。
追加で注文したかき揚げも丁度小ぶりで最高でした。
また行きたいお店ですね
