こちらもアルボスさんが発掘されたフレンチレストラン。
店内に入った時から、浄化された空気とほのかなアロマを感じます。
フローリングの床が温かみを感じさせます。
思わず見回してしまうぐらい雰囲気の良い店内。
高校時代の友達との食事会。7700円の税込み・サ別のランチコース。
いつもはあまり飲まない私が、お店の香りに誘われてでしょうか。
小さいペアリングコース3種（3300円）を楽しんでしまいました。
●バラの芳香水
科学室の実験器具のようなガラス器具から抽出された、香りを含んだ蒸留水。
バラの花びらが一片浮かんでます。

炙り帆立と胡瓜のサラダ バターミルクソースとバジルオイルを敷いて
まだ残暑厳しい時期おり、爽やかな一品。

生ハム、ネクタリン、モッツアレラチーズを重ねトマトエキスをかけて
酸味のあるネクタリンと塩気のある生ハムが良いマッチング☆☆
●花のタルティーヌ
ライ麦パンの上に鰯マリネ、香草エディブルフラワーをアレンジメント
ピンクのバラのドレッシングムース添え
食べるのが惜しいくらいキレイ☆
●自家製パン バラ型バター
小麦の風味が香る熱々焼きたてパン。美味しくないわけない☆☆☆
バターがバラ型に抜かれ、そのこだわりに感動。
●鯛のフリット ブイヤベース仕立て フライしたケールの葉っぱと自家製カラスミかけ
ブラックオリーブのペースト添え
魚介の旨味溶け込むブイヤベーススープも飲み干す☆☆
●五條ばあく豚と野菜の炭火焼き 醤油もろみを使ったチーズ”モロマッジョ”ソース
燻製黒オリーブパウダーかけ
お味噌のような香りとコクの深い味わいのチーズソース☆
●京都西陣のたま茶5種から
5人だったので、それぞれ違うのを選んで遊んでみました。
私は「羊の時」。カモミールやラベンダーの優しい香りで、リラックス効果があるそう。
●メロン・大和橘のアイスクリームがボディにスポンジ生地がボトムの
ショートケーキ仕立て エディブルフラワーのクリーム添え
再構築、メロンが上質。
●ミニャルディーズ カヌレ、大和橘の生キャラメル、フィナンシェ
生キャラメルが特に美味しい、甘さの中に柑橘の風味☆
ご夫婦の醸し出すゆったりした雰囲気に甘えて
すごくユックリさせてもらいました。
