The deep-flavored motsu stew, which is slowly simmered in a miso-based soup stock that has been added every day since the restaurant opened, is a popular signature dish that continues to be loved by customers. We use fresh beef offal from local Kyoto, which we procure through our own unique route, and are carefully prepared to give it a unique, elegant taste. The famous "offal stew oden" is an exquisite oden that combines the soup stock of offal stew with bonito flakes and kelp to condense the flavor! Odendane will be served daily.

Our store relocated and opened in October 2023 in a 10-minute walk from Hankyu Karasuma Station, Subway Shijo Station, and Hankyu Omiya Station. The inside of the restaurant is a renovated Kyoto townhouse, which is a relaxing retreat for adults. There are 10 counter seats and 2 tables for 4 people. Not only are you on your own, but you are also welcome to come with friends after work, have a meal with your loved ones, and sightseeing! Please feel free to come visit us and have a relaxing time.

For sake, we have a carefully selected lineup of local sake from Kyoto, including ``Aozora'' from Fushimi, which has a strong rice flavor and a refreshing aftertaste, and ``Tamagawa'' from Kyotango, which has a rich and sharp flavor and is a satisfying drink. Alcohol is also available. We also recommend highballs and Chuhai (Shochu cocktail), which have a refreshing taste, such as the ``Kinmiya Highball,'' made with Kinmiya shochu with soda, and the ``Craft Chuhai (Shochu cocktail),'' which is limited to regions such as Kyoto Yuzu and Shiga Adberry.

For those who would like to try a variety of different dishes, we recommend the `` selection Three-Type Assortment''.
