○鍋として余りに有名 最初に訪れたのは かれこれ20数年まえ
美味しんぼの最初の方で取り上げられて 栗田さんと山岡が成金金鍋の味に嫌気がさし「小腹はすいているか」と大市モデルのお店に誘うシーンがあったかな 山岡さんお金持ちねと思いましたね
現在もメニューは一択（26000円）のみ
あとはお酒とおかわりで追加になります 時間は5時か7時のスタート
340年前から変わらず 入り口には応仁の乱の時の刀傷もあります
高温で炊き上げますから 普通の五徳が溶けるので、耐火煉瓦で作ったコンロに鍋がのってます
コークスで一気に炊き上げる様子は全くにかわりません
最初に煮こごりをビールと一緒にいただき 鍋を待ちます
真っ赤に底が焼けたグツグツのなべ 煮立ったまま登場です
仲居さんに取り分けお願いして えんぺらの部分にかぶりつきます
猪口にとって頂いたスープに 熱燗を加えながら頂くのが 私的には最高の瞬間です 染み渡るー
鍋二杯終わって あとは雑炊 お餅と卵が入ったモチモチの雑炊
最後のほうは お焦げができるので 仲居さんにがしがし取って頂いて 完食
自分でやって 鍋割るお客さんもいるそうな
大きなお鍋で 寿命は1年だそうな
