When you think of Tsushima, you think of fresh seafood! Almost every day, we purchase from the market or from suppliers with whom we have had long-standing relationships, using our expert judgment. Freshness is maintained by thoroughly draining the blood and carefully preparing the meat in-store. In addition, the amount of water contained in each fish was adjusted. It eliminates odors and brings out the texture and flavor. The most popular dish is ``Namero'', which uses seasonal fish. After receiving your order, we pound it and add ginger from Aomori Prefecture. Enjoy the authentic taste of simple dishes.

We purchase seasonal Seafood that is rich in umami and serve it with cooking methods that suit the ingredients, such as Sushi, sushi, grilled foods, and Fried food foods. We purchase our products almost every day, so you can always enjoy different flavors. In winter, we recommend wild yellowtail, blowfish, Spanish mackerel, and sea urchin. In spring, there are red shellfish, turban shells, white-throated black-throated fish, and whitebait fish. In the summer, we have black abalone, additive-free Hokkaido sea urchin, and rock oysters. Autumn includes saury, bonito, and conger conger. Please enjoy the taste of each season.
