お蕎麦屋さん。。。
若い当時に訪問した時は
店名さえ気にとめなかった❗
くたびれた小太りじじいに...
蕎麦好きで、全国千軒近く蕎麦屋に行ったが、蕎麦で国の名工に選ばれた人がいることを1〜2年前に初めて知った‥。
翁系のトップ高橋名人？ と思いきや、こちらの社長が名工。
知名度や早くキレイに打つとか...
前は何度も通ってるのに入店は初めて。仕事前に伺いました。老舗蕎麦屋さんやのにお手頃価格で有り難い。

慌てて近くにあったお蕎麦屋さんに入りました。
今日は食運に恵まれたのか、どうやら京都で人気の老舗蕎麦屋さんでした！

一年前の大晦日に食べに行きました。
学生時代からここの細い麺が好きでよく食べに行ってました。
有喜天そばと悩みましたが、やはりざるで食べたいな〜ざるを選択。
今回、数年ぶりに食べに行きました...
閉店間際に来店しました！
ほとんど売り切れ？で
28蕎麦のみでしたー。
細めの蕎麦でした。
京都老舗の蕎麦屋さん。
蕎麦はそば打ち感満載のお蕎麦で美味。天重のご飯がちょっとべちゃべちゃで残念やた。
あとは混んでるのもあったけど、結構提供に時間かかった。

場所は三条通りと鴨川の西側を少し南に行った所にあり
