店名さえ気にとめなかった❗
くたびれた小太りじじいに...
蕎麦好きで、全国千軒近く蕎麦屋に行ったが、蕎麦で国の名工に選ばれた人がいることを1〜2年前に初めて知った‥。
翁系のトップ高橋名人？ と思いきや、こちらの社長が名工。
