美味しいお蕎麦が食べれると評判のお店。
先斗町三条にある昭和4年創業の老舗有喜屋の本店です。
関東に比べると蕎麦文化があまりに無い関西に、手打そばを根付かせた大老舗です。

■感想
名物の有喜そばも気になったのですが、スタンダードなお蕎麦を食べたかったので、二八そば。
せっかくなので贅沢に天盛りセット。
天ぷらも、お蕎麦もとても美味しい！
おつゆは少し甘めで、天ぷらもサクサクで衣が軽い。
100％国内産のそば粉を使用され、丁寧にしっかり手打ちされた京都のお蕎麦は、
やっぱりとても美味しい。
滑らかな上品なお蕎麦かな、と思っていましたが、割とコシがあるしっかりしたお蕎麦。
名物の有喜そばが、ふわふわメレンゲの卵に納豆とお出汁、そこに蕎麦を絡ませて食べるそうです。
それを考えると、確かにこのコシがとてもバランスがいいのかも。
ご飯もついているのでしっかりお腹いっぱい。
とても美味しいお蕎麦でした。
十割そばも気になるし、やっぱり一度名物は食べてみたい・・・！
とても美味しいので別のメニューも食べたくなる、さすが老舗の名店と思わせてくれるお店でした。
