関東では蒸してから焼き、関西では蒸さないで焼くスタイルの鰻。今まで食べたことない関西スタイルを体験しようかと悩みに悩み。。
やっぱり大好きな鰻を後悔したくないので、蒸しスタイルで！！
そんな気持ちが固まった時に見つけたう桶やうさん。
即電話予約しました！
当初19時半予約でしたが、雪の影響で行きたいところに1箇所行けず断念したことと急激な寒さに耐えきれずお電話したうえで18時過ぎに伺いました。
1時間半も前倒ししたにも関わらず、皆さん快く迎えて下さり嬉しかったです。
鰻のタタキ、肝焼き、そして熱燗を注文。
肝焼きはもちろん、タタキは初体験！甘みがあり美味しくて、一度食べたらやめられない！一気に食べてしまいました。
〆は鰻丼。
ふっくらと優しく、タレもトゲなく柔らかく溶けるような鰻。完全に求めてた味以上でした！！
こちらも一気に食べ終わるほど。夢中でした！！
大将筆頭に皆さん明るく元気で優しくて、最初から最後まで1人でもずっと居心地がよかったです！
帰ってきてから知りましたが、大好きなおせんさんと同じ系列なんだと知り、皆さんの人柄の良さに納得しました！！
京都で1人鰻、大正解の大成功！
