京都旅でうなぎを食べたく色々検索しててここを見つけた
予約しようと電話し続けたが、全く出ず、予約無しで突撃したら予約でいっぱいのところを狭い席で何とか入店(神!)
桶が名物だが、3人前から桶なので、お腹を考慮して、普通に1人前を注文
待つ間、BGMもなく、鳴り響くのは電話のコール
店員も少ないせいか全く出られない
(そりゃ、自身の電話も出れない訳だ。。。)
しばらくして着丼
早速食べ始めようと箸を入れたらすぐに身が裂けた

関東と関西で焼き方が異なると思っていたが、ここは蒸して焼いてるせいか(正確な焼き方は未確認)、とてもふっくらして、口の中ですぐに溶けてしまった
タレは少し控えめだが、テーブルにタレがあって追加でかけることができるのは嬉しい
肝焼きもいいタレ加減で美味しい
日本酒も美味しく、とても合う
正直こういうところの日本酒は期待していなかったが、想像以上に美味しかった
