桶で提供される鰻重が看板メニュー。

これが見てみたかったやつ。
まあ、器が個性的すぎるだけで
中身はちゃんと普通に鰻重なんだけど。
鰻は関西だけど背開き。
身は厚めでふっくらしてる。
タレもしっかりしてるように見えたけど
案外あっさりしてて
鰻の香ばしさを邪魔しない。
だから卓上のタレはちゃんとかけて大丈夫。
◯鰻のタタキ
これも美味しい。
ちょっと弾力ある。
◯出汁巻き
う巻きってあんまり良さ分かんないから
敢えての出汁巻き。
ふわっと柔らかく出汁の風味も豊かで
歯を入れると一層一層ちゃんと感じられる。
居酒屋顔負けの本格派。
美味しかった。
ただの色物ではなかった。
