お昼は予約をして伺ったう桶や うさんへ。
古民家にある急な階段を登って2階で食事です。もちろん桶を注文したいところですが３人前からなので普通に鰻丼を注文。
意外と早く料理が来ます。肝吸は出汁が効いた美味しさです。
鰻丼はタレはかなりあっさり目、身も蒸しているのか関東的なふっくらさです。
全体的にさっぱりした鰻丼です。
