A few minutes walk from Kyoto Sanjo Station, this curry restaurant was renovated from an old house. When you enter the restaurant, the smell of curry and soup stock is irresistible. There are three types of curry. You can also mix them together. I ordered the spice mapo pork keema curry. It's quite spicy, but it's just the right amount of spicy. It's topped with coriander, so it feels like you're eating Thai curry. The rice is a blend of Japanese rice and Thai rice. It's refreshing and goes well with the curry. Other curries available are mackerel curry and chicken and mushroom curry. The mackerel curry is delicious, with the flavor of the soup stock and mackerel oozing out. The chicken and mushroom curry is also completely different from the others and is delicious. So if you're a first timer, I recommend the three types of curry.
