常連さんから鈴江さんに行きませんかとお誘いいただき2年半ぶりに再訪問しました。

8月のお盆明けで国産の広島世良の松茸をふんだんに食べさせていただきました。

鈴江さんに100回以上行ってる常連さんに連れて行ってもらいました!

今日とも風が冷たく寒い季節になってきましたね!

京都駅からタクシーに乗り17時スタートで超常連さんと大阪の超予約の取れない鮨屋さんとの3人での楽しい食事!

初訪問ですが。さすが超常連さん、カウンターのど真ん中に3人座らせてくれました!

先ずはせこ蟹!甲羅に身や内子、外子みそがたっぷりでおいしい!

そしてお造り、淡路の鯛やウニは抜群ですね!

次が本日一番感動したフカヒレ料理!
スープを飲むとおお~!美味い!フカヒレもすごく大きく干してない生のフカヒレらしい!

今期最終の松茸と大将が持ってきたのは丹波さんの大きな松茸!でかい!
それを炭火で焼いて手で割いて出してくれ熱々で食べると口の中が松茸の香り一杯になり幸せをかんじました!(笑)

もうそりゃお酒もグイグイとすすみますよ!

次に出てきた鱧の揚げ出しは私今まで食べた鱧の中でもTOP3に入るくらいの驚き!うま!
お出汁も半端なく美味しかったです!

〆のご飯もヤバすぎておかわりしました!

次回はフグのときに連れてきてもらいたいと思います!
