懐石の最高峰
東京、京都あたりで懐石を訪れているが、今はなき京味、井雪に並ぶ最高峰レベル。
ただし、1人当たり金額で、ボニュの12万に次ぐ9万弱。
さすがにこのクラスになると、2か月に1回くらいで訪れるのは気が引け、半年に1回くらいが適正か。
ただ、料金は高いが、それを補って余りある美味しさ。
そして器の美しさ。
料理だけでなく、器含めて素晴らしい。
素人ではあるが、表千家で学んでおり器にも関心があり、そういった意味で料理だけでなく、器をめでるだけでも楽しい。
刺身は史上最高。
季節的にマツタケはザ・マツタケという感じ。
マツタケ三昧ということで10月にボニュの料理は、マツタケそのものというよりもマツタケのエッセンスを楽しむ感じだが、こちらはマツタケの食感含め楽しめる。
一緒にいった知人はマツタケという観点ではこちらの方がいいと言っていた。
ここは再訪したいお店。ただ、予約が取りづらい。

3回目の訪問。2人で182,000円。
なかなか普段使いはできない金額。
一昨年の11月、昨年の4月、そして去年の11月。
毎年、桜の季節と紅葉の季節は京都に行くが、その都度訪問。
この時期はマツタケ。
とにかく素材が最高でそれを最大限活かされており、とにかくおいしい。
また、以前にも書いているが、器も素晴らしい。
大将が器コレクターで中国明時代や江戸時代からの逸品とともに料理を楽しめる。
その器はかなりの数があり、毎回毎回異なる器を見せてくれる。
次回は4回目となるが、まだ見せてもらっていない器があるといい、次回見せてくださるとのこと。
また次回は時期を変えてきたほうがよいとのことで、4月11月以外の月に訪問することに。
という中で今月改めて再訪。
