We carefully select only A4 to A5 rank female Wagyu beef. A characteristic of female cows is that they tend to produce higher quality fat than bulls. It has a sweet and melting texture with a refreshing aftertaste, and is said to be suitable for Teppan-yaki. Rather than being particular about the production area, we carefully select high-quality beef from time to time, such as Yamato beef from Nara and Matsusaka beef from Mie.
