少し前、夏休暇の際に京都まで行って来ました。
その際に久方ぶりに会う友人に連れられて行ってきて感動したのが、こちらの京都祇園の裏路地にあるプランチャー健です。
人通りの多い通りから少し入ったところで周囲には落ち着いた雰囲気が流れています。
細い路地を進んでいくのでお店に到着した時は隠れ家を見つけた気分です。
テーブル席とカウンター席があり、今回はカウンターで祇園コースをいただきました。
オマール海老と黒毛和牛フィレステーキがついて1万円もしないというのはかなりのコスパです。
海老やステーキ肉は目の前の鉄板で焼かれていくのを楽しめます。
コースは前菜から始まるのですが、季節感を感じる構成でした。
この日は夏の前菜として豚足のテリーヌが登場。
ひんやりとしたテリーヌは舌触りがよく、豚足のとろりとした食感がいきています。
3種のチーズが使われた焼きじゃがと焼きトマトの一皿はワインがよく合いました。
スープは万願寺とうがらしのムースが浮かんだヴィシソワーズで野菜の甘みとコクが引き出されています。
メインのオマール海老は豪快に一尾を調理してくださいました。
フィレ肉も目の前で切ってから焼き上げてくださり、そのパフォーマンス性と確かな味には脱帽です。
季節のサラダで口直しをしてからのカレーで締めというのいいものでした。
スタッフの接客も良く、シェフのお人柄も素敵です。
また何かしらの機会で訪問したいですね。
