評判が良く、お写真もとても美味しそう！
なんと私が泊まったアパホテルのすぐ目の前だったのでラッキー！という事で行ってきました^^
本格的な鉄板焼き屋さんって何だか大人な雰囲気で京都らしくて素敵です。
コースが色々あり迷いましたが、一番オススメと言われた祇園コースを注文しました。
カウンター越しで腕を振るうマスターの優しい笑顔に癒されます^^
前菜から茄子やサンマなど季節感満載！
こういう所がオシャレですよね^^
盛り付けも鮮やかで胸が弾みます！
鉄板尽くしで来るかと思いきや、スープなどにもしっかり力を入れている所が素敵だなぁと思いました。
メインはオマール海老と牛ステーキでした^^
焼かれる前の生きた海老を見せてくれる演出が新鮮で面白かったです。
身が詰まった海老はホロホロプリプリでとても濃厚！
アメリケーヌソースも海老の旨味を余す事なく凝縮されていて最高に美味しかったです！
もう一つのメインのサーロインステーキはミディアムレアで仕上げて頂きました。
脂の甘みとお肉の旨味がぎゅっと詰まっていてとても柔らかかったです^^
シャキシャキお野菜のサラダとお茶漬けも最後まで美味しく頂いて、締めのデザートとコーヒーでお店をあとにしました。
関西住みの友達に教えたらすごく行きたがっていたので、またそのうちお邪魔したいと思います！
