お世話になっている方への恩返しとして利用しました。
奥ゆかしい高級感のある外観が素敵です。
以前から気になっていたお店なので、こうして訪れる事が出来て嬉しいです。
今回はお昼の利用で、黒毛和牛サーロインランチを注文しました。
事前予約さえすれば、お昼でもディナーコースと同じ内容のものを注文できるそうです。
店内は鉄板を前にしたカウンターと、ゆったりとしたテーブル席に分かれていました。
割合に広く、近くの席の会話も気になりません。
目の前で焼き上がる演出もとても楽しみにしていた為、今回はカウンターをお願いしました。
シェフは気取らず気さくな雰囲気の方でした。
どちらからいらしたんですか？などの心地よいアイスブレイクでこちらの緊張もほぐれます。
メインの前に頂いた秋茄子のババロアの香り高さや、
野菜の甘みが上品なクラムチャウダーのコク深さに「さすが一流！」とうならずにはいられません。
豪快な炎とともに好みの加減で火入れされたサーロインは、サシがとても良い具合に入っており口に放ると甘みと強いロースの旨味が一体になって口いっぱいに広がります。
美味しいです、と顔を見てシェフにお伝えできる距離感含め、とても居心地の良い空間でした。
おかげさまで良い時間を過ごし、お連れした方にも大変喜んでいただくことが出来ました。
クリスマスディナーをやっているという耳寄り情報を手に入れたので、
また是非足を運びたいと思います。
