大根の煮物ポルチーニソース柔らかく煮た大根にポルチーニソースが深みを重ねます。
ブロッコリーのムースブロッコリーとクリームチーズを濃縮したような旨味の塊です。
牛すじ銀杏鴨ロースじっくり煮込んだ牛すじをつまみながら赤ワインを楽しみます。
クラムチャウダーがけ碗蒸しクラムチャウダーの底に茶碗蒸しが隠れています。スプーンで崩しながら食べるとスープと卵が絶妙なコクです。
甘鯛の刺身甘味が強い鯛に甘めのタレが合います。
活オマール海老の鉄板焼き生きたままのオマール海老を持たせてくれました。まるまる一匹いただきます。
噛むと信じられないくらい凝縮された旨味が滲みでます。噛んでも噛んでも味が消えない飲み込むのがもったいない最高のオマール海老です。
黒毛和牛フィレとサーロイン黒毛和牛フィレ40gと黒毛和牛サーロイン50gです。口の中で溶けていくしっとりした極上の脂です。ニンニクも1枚ずつ丁寧に焼いているのが印象的でした。
牛肉のしぐれ煮お茶漬けお腹はかなりいっぱいですがツルっと食べられます。
最後まで京都を楽しめる一杯です。
あまおうアイスと抹茶ゼリーお口直しに甘味とコーヒーを楽しみコースが終わります。
鉄板焼素材をそのままいただく鉄板焼だからこそ旨味の凝縮度合いがお店の質です。特にオマール海老の旨味には感激でした。他の鉄板焼店も訪問してみたいと楽しみが増えました。素敵な1時間でした。
