Organic farming and pesticide-free farming, which we often hear about, do not use pesticides, whereas natural farming is characterized by not requiring pesticides. Therefore, vegetables grown using natural farming methods have the inherent sweetness and richness of the ingredients.

It was designed by Toshito Yokouchi, who is known for his house designs that use a lot of wood, and constructed by Nakamura Sotoji Construction, which is famous for its sukiya architecture. Created by Ennosuke. The second floor mainly has Scandinavian furniture. The dining table on the first floor is made from a single piece of Bubinga wood, and the chairs are original chairs by furniture artist Naomi Toda. During the day, the sunlight streams in through the large windows, allowing you to spend a relaxing time.
