I thought it was an interesting style of serving food, so I checked it out. I adjusted my breakfast and lunch to be lighter. This restaurant has many reviews that say it's good or bad for its cost performance, but I'm of the group that feels it's expensive. If you value the ability to adjust the amount you eat and the ability to choose from a la carte options, I think the cost performance is good. There are many fatty items other than meat, and I get the feeling that they are focusing on maintaining the quantity of items available. I had intended to eat the entire menu, but I got bored with the taste rather than the quantity, and my stomach felt heavy, so I ended it. The first set of platters and the third roasted venison were good.As I was a solo occupier, I entered the restaurant at 5pm and it took until about 9pm. When the smoke from the charcoal grill filled the room, the door was opened, so it was cold and not very comfortable. I thought it would be better if it wasn't winter (it would be better to have mushrooms, wild vegetables, and river fish, with less fatty ingredients), and I also thought it would definitely be better to share the meal with two people. , I'm considering revisiting in a different season.
