Gibier MIYAMA is located just off the alley in Gion. You can choose one course, starting with an appetizer and 4 dishes as appetizers. Assorted duck, bear, Japanese chestnut, I liked the bear wrapped in watercress and the onion quiche!! ️ The bread is crispy on the skin and moist on the inside.Even though I know I'll have one less dish after eating it, I always end up ordering at least one more.The menu that day consisted of a lot of vegetables.Hino pickled vegetables and watercress salad The mentaiko flavored burdock Tempura was fluffy and tasted like sweet potato.
