何度も行っていますが、やはり寿司はもちろんのこと季節に合わせて出てくる一品料理がとても美味しいです。
旬を手ごろに美味しく味わえる最高のお店だと思っています。
一品料理は二人で分けるくらいがちょうど良い量で、ついつい飲んでしまいます。
最近置くようにしたという白ワインがまずかったので、なぜ置くようになったか、よくわからない。
梅を日本酒につけてできた梅酒「をとし梅」が高級感のある味わいで大変口当たりが良いです。
大将のこだわりで、お寿司には、すでにおしょうゆが塗ってあり、しゃりが小皿の中にくずれないように、
また、小ぶりで女性でも一口で食べられるようにしたそうです。
せっかくだから一番美味しく食べて欲しいと。
だからきれいな食べ方をしたくなりお店です。
おとり皿もこまめに換えてくださったり、終わったお皿はすぐに片付けるなど、
お店が清潔なのも大将のお人柄だということがわかる程の気配りでした。
お運びしてくださる奥様の笑顔がいつ行っても変わらず、そしていつも控えめで
優しい女将さんです。
