Rice from Kyoto's Satoyama "Keihoku" is cooked with Daimonjiyama natural water. Please enjoy the fresh and rich egg-cooked rice made with Hatsu eggs directly shipped from Ohara, as well as the freshly made Onigiri and miso soup that are made to order. We accept orders starting from just one Onigiri. The expiry date is 30 minutes, so you can enjoy it while walking around. |

This is a shop that sells silver shari, a specialty of Ginkakuji. Please enjoy freshly cooked ``Gin Shari Gohan'' in a traditional okudosan (kamado) and calm space.

What is “Okome Tsukasa”? The name comes from the fact that we use rice that was carefully grown in the Ukyo Ward and Keihoku Districts of Kyoto City, a fertile area where rice and agricultural products were presented to the Imperial Family as ``Kinuri Goryo'' in the distant past. Our signature product is a special white rice called "Ginshari".

Keihoku is a hidden Kyoto where the original scenery of Japan still remains. The capital of Kyoto, where various cultures have developed for more than a thousand years, has survived to this day thanks to the blessings of these Satoyama areas. At Rice Chef Fumiya, we value the meaning of being particular about growing rice in Keihoku.
