相方に連れられ先日初めて行ったお店です。
相方はオープン時以来、一時良く利用していたらしく『面白い居酒屋？があるから』とのこと。
場所は知らないものにはわかり難い場所ですが、駅から近いみたいですね。
もうかれこれ２０年近く営業されているらしく、常連さんも多いのか、お店は開業時の倍の広さになったとか。
お料理ですが、もともと大将は和食の料理人だったということで、沖縄料理は後発で加わったメニューだとか。
品数も多く、沖縄料理は勿論のこと、アレンジ系メニューやおばんざい、おつくり等も充実しています。きっと時代とニーズに合わせて変化してきたのね。。。
味は個人の居酒屋ですしこれだけの品数と価格を考えれば十分納得できるものです。
テビチも一皿６００円で結構なボリューム。下茹でもしっかりとされていて、料理の手順に関してはさすが和食の経験があるだけあって細やかというか、中々しっかりされていてクオリティは高いように思いました。
ただ私の場合は、居酒屋など沢山のメニューがあっても無駄に悩むだけで、沖縄料理自体も外でどうしても食べたいと言うほど好きではないのでそこそこの評価です。
近くの駅を利用されているサラリーマンにはかなり人気があるようなので、週末は込み合うようです。
沖縄の食材が食べたい方、近くで居酒屋を探されている方にお勧めです。
