場所柄、なかなか投稿数がのびない桂駅付近の美味しいお店をご紹介します♪
一軒目は沖縄料理のつはこさん。場所は桂小学校のグラウンド東側。
最寄駅は阪急桂駅の西口。ジャンルは沖縄家庭料理。
街中の沖縄料理店、そうですね、例えば烏丸六角のあ～ぐうるさんより
数段美味しくて、だけど、やっぱり地元民が集まる関係で入りにくい
そんなお店というくくりですかね。
沖縄らしい食材、素材を使ったものがお勧めです。
グルクンのから揚げは定番ですが、なんちゃってではないグルクンの味って
こんなんだよねといういわば仕上がりが本場的なものが出てきます。
あえて言えばグルクンってアジのような青魚のお味に近いじゃないですか、
それをしっかり味わえる、沖縄の方がグルクンの味をこのように認識されて
いるのだろうとかそんなお話ですよね。
アグー豚のソーセージも豚らしさがしっかり、もずく天ぷらも、沖縄天ぷら
らしいあまりにもさもさしすぎた衣だとあきまへんと評価されないように
その中間の衣の厚さだったり、嬉しく可愛い大将の配慮。
駅近のお店もいいけど、ここは美味しいし、ゆっくりできます。
