友達に勧められていて、ずっと気になっていた
お店なのですが、やっと行けました＾＾
木で出来たナチュラルな空間で、沖縄民謡や
沖縄の曲が流れており、オリオンビールの提灯
や泡盛のびん等々が飾ってある沖縄空間に
テンションが上がりました。
定番の沖縄料理は一通り揃っています。
にんじんしりしり、ラフテイ、海ブドウ、もずく
ジーマーミ豆腐、ソーキそば、チャンプル、
タコライス、てびち(豚足)等々。目移りします。
今回は自家製ジーマーミ豆腐、そのまま海ブドウ
もずくの天ぷら、牛スジどて煮、オリオンビール
を注文しました。
お通しはお魚の南蛮漬け。お通しを食べた瞬間
「あ！ここの味好みかも！」と思い、期待値が
上がります。お通しは大事ですよね＾＾
自家製ジーマーミ豆腐は、もっちもちぷるぷるで
ほんのり甘くて美味しいです。今までジーマーミ
豆腐は苦手だったのですが、こちらのジーマーミ
豆腐は美味しく戴けました。
海ブドウはグラスに盛られて出てきました。
お洒落。ぎっしりプチプチがついており、
プチプチも大きいです。三杯酢？につけて
戴きます。噛んだ瞬間プチプチとした食感が
楽しく、磯の香りが良いです。
もずくの天ぷらはもっちりした生地です。
生地ともずくが半々位の割合でかき揚げみたいに
なっています。少しだけ入っている紅生姜が
アクセントになっていて美味しいです。
牛スジのどて煮は小さい土食器にグツグツの
状態で提供されます。真ん中にうずら卵が落と
されています。こちらは牛スジがとろっとろで
間違いなく美味しい。ビールが進みます＾＾
牛スジが少なく、煮汁が多かったので、もう少し
具が多いと嬉しいです。
今回は品切れで食べられなかったのですが、
ラフテイと大根の煮物は次回絶対食べたい一品
です。料理写真だけでもとろっとろで美味しそう
でした…。またチャレンジします。
