Food Nigiri sushi
If you put it in your mouth at the temperature of human skin, it will spread out! If possible, we would like you to enjoy the sushi inside the restaurant, but if you would like to take it home, please place your order in advance and we will adjust the water content of the sushi for you to take home. We will cook only the amount of rice you want to take home, including the soaking time and soaking time. (Shari for our store is cooked to make it firmer, but if you don't eat it right away, the water in the rice will evaporate and it will become hard.)

While listening to classical music...I'm afraid the counter seats are a bit like Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)... Since the whole dish is ready to serve right away (it also comes with a simmering coating), it is best served on the counter. After you squeeze it, it will change completely within 3 seconds or 10 seconds. We recommend the tatami room, where you can sit and eat in a relaxed manner, so if you want to eat in peace, or if you are a group of four, it is easier to talk with other guests.

We offer carefully selected fresh fish, mainly caught in the morning, caught in the morning. (Depending on the fish, it may be aged a little.) *This may not be done every day.
