右京区桂の住宅街に誕生した、魚とお肉ダイニング。
メインは和食中心のお店です。
京都牛を使用したメニューが店主オススメですが、中でも京都牛のすじ煮込みが絶品。甘辛い味付けがビールにピッタリでした。また、食材の鮮度に対する拘りが随所に見られ、おすすめメニューで頂いた氷見の寒ブリの刺身は新鮮そのもの！！
サービスに関しても、グランドオープン当日で大変な中でも、店主のお客様への配慮がしっかりしており関心させられました。あえて言うなら、美味しい料理に拘りのお酒を合わすと言う意味で日本酒のレパートリーがもう少しあったら料理が更に引き立つと思いました。これからが楽しみなお店だなぁと素直に思いますので、またゆっくりリピートさせて頂きます。ご馳走様でした。
