京都北野天満宮の東側の通りにあるお店です。夜はきちんとした料理屋さんだと思いますが、ここに立ち寄ってしまったのは、看板に引き寄せられてしまったからです。
何ですって？秘密の豚まん？何ですか？その秘密って？
近づいてよく見たら…秘伝の豚まんでした(爆笑)
ここまで引き寄せられたら、買うしかありませんが、ちょうどランチをいただいたタイミングでしたので、持ち帰りにします。
持ち帰って、指示通りに水をかけて電子レンジで温めていただきました。
とっても皮が厚いです。一口食べると皮だけです。餡に届くまでに疲れてしまいます。
餡にたどり着いたら、いやがおうにもありがたく感じてしまいます。これが秘伝だったのでしょうかねぇ…
