I took a short trip to Kyoto ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ Ending the night with sushi is a must. I'm sorry that I was about 30 minutes late from my reservation due to the unfamiliar territory, the delayed train, and the confusing destination m(_ _)m I can only thank you for accepting me so readily...! ! (Atmosphere of the store) A relaxing space with only counter seats. There is no background music, so you can eat quietly. The seats are spacious so you can feel a sense of openness (*^^*) (Course) I made a reservation for the course. Appetizer - Firefly squid and rape blossoms The firefly squid was smoked with straw and had a rich aroma. Nigiri ・Mongoi squid ・Sea bream ・Kiss ・Red pickled meat ・Medium fatty tuna ・Kohada ・Horse ・White sweet sea bream ・Sakura masu ・Engawa flounder ・Sardines ・Boiled scallops ・Hokkaido sea urchin ・Red soup stock ・Additional balls ・Ikki roe ・Anchor liver, grilled bamboo shoots, grilled karasumi Drinks, draft beer, rice wine, Juyondai unfiltered, Shirakabegura A complete lineup of nigiri main dishes! The boiled scallops had a nice texture and went well with the rice ♪ I thought the scallops would be raw, but I was pleasantly surprised by their deliciousness ♡ And the sea urchin was generously topped with plenty of sweetness. I don't like seaweed that much, so I was personally happy that it wasn't a warship (*´▽｀*) And since I was so hungry, I ordered more ⸜(* ॑ ॑* )⸝♡ Of all the additions, the one that was by far the most delicious was the bamboo shoots. Although it is flaky, it still retains the crunchy texture that is unique to bamboo shoots, and has a gentle, soothing taste. This will make your drinking go faster!
