``Gangjang Gejang'' is our signature menu, which is not only delicious in taste but also visually appealing. A luxurious dish made by marinating fresh blue crabs in a special soy sauce and aging them. Enjoy the flavorful blue crab meat with salmon roe, which goes perfectly with it. In addition, we also have ``Gangjang Sew'', which is red shrimp marinated in 9 kinds of soup stock, and ``Charcoal-grilled Gangjang Red Shrimp.'' We recommend squeezing lemon and pairing it with beer.
